Payments must be made as specified in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.2.3 Cancellations and Refunds: Customers may cancel services with at least [insert required notice period, e.g., 48 hours] notice. Refunds will be provided at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, specifically Baton Rouge Parish, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

15% Discount for Veterans and Military Families Eligibility:

This offer is available to veterans, active-duty service members, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, and parents) of military personnel who are actively serving or have been honorably discharged. Proof of service (e.g., a valid military ID, DD214, or other official documentation) is required to qualify for the discount.

Discount Offer:

A 15% discount will be applied to all lawn care services provided by Pivotal Lawncare.The discount applies to standard pricing and is not combinable with other promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.

Commitment Requirement:

To qualify for the 15% discount, a minimum commitment of three (3) months of continuous service with Pivotal Lawncare is required.If the services are discontinued before the end of the three-month period, the discount will be revoked, and the customer will be billed for the difference between the discounted price and the full service price for the months of service provided.

Payment Terms:

The 15% discount applies to the total service cost, which may include one-time fees, regular lawn care visits, or seasonal packages.Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.In the case of a missed payment or non-compliance with the agreement, the discount may be forfeited.

Service Modifications and Cancellations:

Cancellations or changes to the service plan can be made with at least 7 days' notice before the next scheduled visit.If you cancel before the three-month commitment is completed, you will no longer be eligible for the 15% discount and will be charged the full price for any service already provided.

Limitations and Exclusions:

The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.This offer is only valid for residential lawn care services provided by Pivotal Lawncare. Commercial properties are excluded.The discount is not valid for special services or one-time visits unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

Program Modifications and Termination:

Pivotal Lawncare reserves the right to modify or terminate this discount program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or phone.

Other Conditions:

By participating in this offer, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Pivotal Lawncare may request additional documentation or information to verify eligibility for the discount. Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of eligibility will result in disqualification from the program.
